The Local Planning Committee has identified four scenarios for Code4Lib 2021 that involve two different time periods. The committee is still working to find a campus space for the March dates, as hosting the conference sessions on one of University at Buffalo's campuses will greatly reduce the conference registration fee.
The March dates are during UB's Spring Recess, and the May dates are just after commencement ceremonies conclude. Students are not on campus during these two time periods. The May dates pose no conflicts with either Medical Library Association or American Library Association 2021 conferences. May has distinct weather advantages for exploring all that Buffalo has to offer.
